Surfloads Pty Ltd (Truckloads) is conducting a promotion competition (Promotion) for its grand opening at Shop 58, Ground Floor, The Strand at Coolangatta, 72-80 Marine Parade Coolangatta, QLD 4225 (Store).

Promotion Period

The Promotion opens at 11am 16 November 2021 and closes at 4pm 17 December 2021 (Promotion Period).

How to Enter

To enter the Promotion, an entrant must:

1. Sign up to Truckloads Loyalty/Community via the Facebook lead generation form OR on our website

Conditions of Entry

Entry to the Promotion is only open to Australian residents aged at least 18 years.

Only one entry is issued per sign up during the promotion period.

Employees of Truckloads and the companies/agencies associated with the Promotion and their families cannot enter the Promotion. “Families” mean parents, siblings, spouses, children and grandparents.

Any entry which in the opinion of the Promoter is illegible, forged, altered, mutilated, copied or tampered with in any way will not be eligible to enter the Promotion. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, invalid or misdirected entries. Truckloads takes no responsibility for entries that cannot be delivered or entered for any technical, legibility or other reason whatsoever.

The prize winner must provide suitable identification to Truckloads’ satisfaction to claim their prize.

Truckloads reserves the right in its absolute discretion to verify the validity of any entry and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Notification of Winners

The winner of the Promotion will be drawn on 17 December 2021 by random electronic draw.

The winner will be notified by telephone or email within 7 days after the draw has taken place (with the result not otherwise published).

The winner does not need to be present at the draw.

The decision is final. No further correspondence will be entered into.

If the prize is not claimed by 5pm 31 December 2021, a redraw will be conducted by Truckloads by random draw.  

Details of Prize

The prize is $300 in Truckloads credit for the Store and will be added to the entrant’s loyalty account for the Store.

The $300 will remain on the loyalty account until 31 December 2022. Any credit outstanding from 1 January 2023 will be forfeited to Truckloads.

The prize cannot be redeemed as cash or transferred.

Privacy Information

1. The Promoter agrees to keep confidential all entrants’ personal details obtained by the Promoter during the Promotion. 
2. If a prize winner accepts a prize, the Promoter reserves the right to use the prize winner’s name and photograph for its marketing and publicity purposes.
3. Unless an entrant notifies the Promoter otherwise in writing, all the entrant’s personal information supplied by the entrant may be added by the Promoter to the Promoter’s database  and may be used by the Promoter for the purpose of the Promotion and for future promotional and marketing purposes in accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act 1998 and the SPAM Act 2003. By entering the Promotion each entrant consents to the use of their personal information for these purposes. All personal information supplied will be securely held at all times in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy which can be viewed here:

General Terms

1. Truckloads, their staff and all companies associated with the Truckloads, accept no responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever which a prize winner may suffer including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of any item gained via the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

2. Truckloads accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings or the use thereof. It is each prize winner’s responsibility to seek independent advice on the implications any prize winnings may have on their own financial situation.

3. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned by Truckloads including pandemic, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Truckloads, which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, then Truckloads  reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Promotion subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Truckloads reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion subject to the approval of the gaming authorities where required.

5. If all or any part of any term or condition contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or condition [or part thereof] shall be deemed severed from these Terms and Conditions and the other Terms and Conditions hereof shall remain in full force.

6. Truckloads reserves the right to cancel the Promotion and not award the prize(s) where circumstances beyond Truckloads ’s control prevent the Truckloads from providing the prize(s). Should Truckloads cancel the Promotion Truckloads will:

a. Advertise that the Promotion has been cancelled by placing a notice at

the Store and on the Truckloads Coolangatta website;

b. Promptly destroy all entries received; and

c. Not use the personal information you have provided.

7. Participation in the Promotion shall be deemed acceptance by you of all the Terms and Conditions.
